Holiday photo book part 2

   This week as promised I will be finishing my Holiday photo book!! So here it is! I hope you enjoy and if you haven't already check out my last post for holiday photo book part 1! 

This isn't holiday but coconut fro yo that I it this week was to good!

DIY Holiday relaxation tips

  This year take some time off the holiday stress and calm down! Here are sole easy relaxation tips to make your holiday the best it can be!! Enjoy!

1~ 

Take a nice hot relaxing bubble bath and let the hot water soothe your muscles to prevent aches and pain from stress.

2~
Have some tea coffee or even hot cocoa. Take time to catch up on reading or on your favorite tv shows.

3~ 
 Treat yourself!! I like to treat myself to Starbucks when I know I have been working hard! It doesn't have to be Starbucks it can be chocolate or even just a bath whatever you want it's your treat!

4~ take a day off! Let your brain cool down from all the stress you have been going through. A cool off day will help you not have your head explode!
